To support our central R&D organization in the development of new and innovative MRI products we offer the position of “Systems Architect Magnetic Resonance Imaging”.
The Systems Architect MRI is responsible for the overall design of the MRI products including all components and accessories. He/She manages the technical cause-effect-relationships in the product line and defines the best way to implement requirements and an optimum level of re-use in the system. Together with the Technical Product Manager, he/she interprets the product requirements into technical requirements at the beginning of a project and is responsible, together with the Integration & Verification team, for the integration of the developed components and for the final verification of the system.
- Profound knowledge in Magnetic Resonance Imaging technology, instrumentation and methodology (Master’s degree, PhD or Postdoc with specialization in MRI technology is requested).
- Professional experience in product development (basic knowledge of product lifecycle management is a plus)
- Fluent written and spoken technical English skills
- German language skills are beneficial
