As Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and achieve this thanks to your extensive technical and therapetical knowledge. As a Rhyk service professional, you are the face to the customer, ensure that customers equipment can be used, maintained and serviced and that the clinical and physiotherapeutic staff receives professional assistances and guidance for Rhys products. Main responsibilities will include: Review and approve installation, usage and upgrade procedures.Perform Troubleshooting independentlyPlan, organize, and implement all service assignments, study support, training sessions conscientiously and independentlyPerform mandatory administrative tasks accuratelyDocument performed services according to Rhyk proceduresProvide ideas and innovation to improve current products, provide sustainable input for continued engineering & deliver design feedbacks from customers to the R&D departmentKeep customers up-to-date regarding open requests, maintain good customer relationship and deliver high level customer serviceMaintain good and efficient communication between customers, colleagues and superiorCreate and review EMS (medium frequency) training plans together with internal and external expertsYour profileTechnical degree in electrical engineering, electronics or physiotherapyPreferable 1-3 years experience in a technical support role ideally for a healthcare company or provider would be a plusStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skillsHighly motivated and customer oriented personality as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work self sufficientlyExcellent organization and time management skills, ability to manage several work streams simultaneouslyAbility to work well individually and in a team environmentHigh flexibility and willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the timeExcellent communication skills in English and GermanBasic MS Office knowledgeMedical knowledge about physiotherapy and fitness is a plusWhy us?
